{"id":7147,"date":"2021-04-23T15:31:07","date_gmt":"2021-04-23T19:31:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aps.org.py\/es\/?p=7147"},"modified":"2021-04-23T15:31:14","modified_gmt":"2021-04-23T19:31:14","slug":"convocatoria-a-asamblea-ordinaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aps.org.py\/de\/convocatoria-a-asamblea-ordinaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Convocatoria a Asamblea Ordinaria"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por mandato de la Comisi\u00f3n Directiva y en cumplimiento del Art. 16 del Estatuto Social, se convoca a la Asamblea General Ordinaria, a llevarse a cabo el d\u00eda s\u00e1bado 08 de mayo del 2021, en formato virtual a las 08:00 primer llamado y a las 09:00 horas el segundo llamado; se convoca a la Asamblea Ordinaria con el siguiente Orden del d\u00eda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lectura del Acta anterior.<\/li><li>Memoria del presidente, consideraci\u00f3n del balance general, cuadro de resultados, inventario e informe del S\u00edndico.<\/li><li>Consideraci\u00f3n del presupuesto anual para el siguiente ejercicio.<\/li><li>Elecci\u00f3n de Presidente y Vicepresidente.<\/li><li>Elecci\u00f3n de miembros para Comisi\u00f3n Directiva<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, les recordamos que el Art\u00edculo 15\u00b0 indica que tanto en las Asambleas Ordinarias como en las Extraordinarias, cada Socio tendr\u00e1 derecho a un voto. En caso de no poder asistir a una Asamblea, el Socio podr\u00e1 hacerse representar con una \u00a0CARTA PODER, la cual deber\u00e1 ser emitida en papel membretado y con sello, si el socio fuere una persona jur\u00eddica o deber\u00e1 estar acompa\u00f1ada de la c\u00e9dula de identidad cuando el socio fuere una persona f\u00edsica.
